• Drop on Medallions

When you choose your dropspot, you always want to check what it around it. You should always want to land on or close to a medallion depending on your skillset to where you can easily grab the medallion and head off. Fighting someone end game with a medallion is always a struggle and is much better to get it beforehand in the early game.

• Finish your Fights Quickly

When you engage into a fight, always make sure to fight well, consistently, and make it quick. You do not want to make a scene and have others come over to fight against you as well. It makes the struggle worse and can lead to you dying easier.

As soon as you claim a tower, rush loot islands. These normally spawn around the 3rd ot 4th zone closing. When rushing to a loot island, use the rift to quickly get to the top if any other contestants go for it. Most likely, you will not be contested in ranked or will have very little people go with you. In tournaments, claiming the loot island is free points for anyone.

When reaching the higher ranks, Elite & Champion. Getting out of those ranks are the most difficult. At that point, you are set to a skill level where you can take on most of any fights and you best goal is to be aggressive, play for kills and focus on the win and only the win.

This season, the best gamemode to rank up is dependent on your rank. But overall, solos is better. With only you against other solo teams, it makes it easier for fights and rotating without having to worry about downed teammates or multiple people fighting you at once.
